Voting
Going to vote! Getting out early before the crowds.
When people ask, I tell them I send out joy and blessings every day using an amazing tool called SendOutCards. Try sending a FREE card by clicking on the link: SendOutCards.com/PLDeere . A wonderful tool for churches to celebrate sending cards to their members for holidays, birthdays, and special recognition.

Why This Blog?
Visiting churches is one of my favorite things to do. While in Santa Fe, I was able to visit every church in the area including a monestary (something I had never done), and got such peace from doing that.
In New York, a step into St. Patricks Cathedral made me instantly feel like I was transparent and everything about what I thought and felt was visible. It was an experience I will always remember.
Holy Rosary in Adrian was where I went to pray, and cry, and remember, and ask for help when trying to make sense of the death of my mother. Although the church was actually closed due to renovations, I sat outside the doors and once again searched for the peace I needed at that time.
It is truly amazing the diversity of the churches in the Michigan and the surrounding areas, as well as other parts of the United States. And it is not just the church building, but the people who make up that church that is such an inspiration to me.
I thought it would be fun to document some of those that I have visited and open up this blog for other people to post their experiences and photos as well.
Although I am just beginning here, I am hoping this becomes an inspiration to many people.
I am a stained glass artist, wife to Tom for 30 years, and mother of 3 grown boys and a new daughter in law to be! I have currently added a new product, SendOutCards, to my list of available items. Try sending a free card by clicking on the link on this blog!
